As Chairman of the Investment Committee, he is responsible for overseeing real estate asset acquisition, investment, debt and equity finance and deployment, as well as the related property and asset management activities of the firm.
Derek E. Holt, Managing Director/Director of Business Development - Derek is Director of Business Development responsible for deal sourcing, business relationships and permitting activities. Derek has been with the company for more than 15 years playing a critical role in the establishment of business relationships as well as the development and permitting of more than 2 million square feet of commercial property across the United States. In addition to commercial real estate, Derek has an extensive background in golf course acquisition, development and management encompassing more than 75 golf course properties nationwide. Derek’s extensive business relationships with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, pension funds, hedge funds, private equity groups and family offices in the United States and Middle East have played a vital role in the company's success to date.
Scott DeSantis, Managing Partner, Waterford Premier Properties - Scott has been an Associate Broker at RE/MAX Innovative Properties since 1993. He has sold over 400 million dollars’ worth of Real Estate and has built 200+ single family homes. Scott ran a Real Estate team that was number 1 in all of New England 7 times. He started apartment acquisitions in the mid 90’s and has been involved with over 2400 units since with hands on acquisition, value add projects and management. He is now Managing Partner of Waterford Premier Property Holdings, LLC, a Vazzareg company that assembles and manages apartments all over the U.S. including Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama, Missouri, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Kansas.
Kim McA'Nulty, Director/Property Manager - Kim McA’Nulty has 25 years of hands-on real estate accounting and property management experience. She has been working with the company for more than 20 years as an integral member of the team successfully directing property management and accounting activities including operating and capital improvement budgets, lease negotiation, accounting and tax reporting related to more than $1 billion of commercial and residential properties.
Nate Barrett, Regional Managing Director, Cleveland, Oh - Nate Barrett joined Vazza Real Estate Group to lead the entitlement and development of projects based out of the Greater Cleveland office. As a founding partner in the Cleveland Market, he has spearheaded innovation within the organization and plays a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of our global organization and has helped to guide the company through a challenging period marked by steady growth. Over the past 20 years, Nate has worked on all faucets of real estate, including construction, development and finance. He founded his own contracting company in 2007 where he focused on highly successful single entity speculative townhome infill projects. Nate has developed a proven expertise in constructing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. He is a “hands on” principal who prides himself on being readily accessible on each and every project. Nate is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, College of Engineering and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Dennis M. Doherty, Accounting Manager – Dennis brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to the company. Dennis is responsible for all day to day accounting activities including financial reporting, payables and receivables for a portfolio of 50 commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. He is responsible for all financial reporting. Dennis is a key player in maintaining Vazza Real Estate Group’s relationship with banks, insurance companies and audit firms. Dennis is a graduate of Villanova University. He and his wife, Carol, reside in Plymouth, MA

He has been in broadcast media for 12 years helping develop highly rated radio shows in the Boston market. In addition to creating and producing content, he held vital roles in generating advertising revenue and lead generation campaigns for financial institutions that brought in more than $500 million in assets under management for his clients.
